Brand tagline \"Weaving our minds together\" stays as identity mark near the logo (tagline = identity, hero = argument). Ambient purple glow retained.\n2. **The conviction ladder** — 3-4 rungs, each: one conviction in beginner words + one quirky micro-example, visually consistent (claim-card idiom + trail/beacon classes, stepped reveal on scroll; no accordions). Rung one (opacity/thermostat) gets the fullest treatment — the stepped untangling; rungs two and three (pineapple/residues, dog/claim-kinds) are compact single-panel renderings.\n3. **\"Why we've been missing this\"** — 2-3 sentences from the missing-layer taxonomy, plain register, positioned as the ladder's landing.\n4. **\"What it could unlock\"** — the vision/fractal-priors beat in beginner words (assembly-ceiling idea WITHOUT the term: \"arguments deeper than any one memory, that persist and build\").\n5. **Three doors** — the single CTA block: walk one map (2 min) / the introduction (15 min) / the research garden (∞). Each door names its time cost.\n6. Below the fold: keywords row (7 concept links) survives compressed; extraction grid moves behind door three or /extractions; footer unchanged.\n\n**Assets to produce:** thermostat synthetic extraction (hand-run via ontology-stress-testing method, stored through production path, provenance-labeled synthetic); door-one guided view (existing claim pages + maybe a \"next\" breadcrumb); copy in founder voice.\n\n**Out of scope this spec:** honesty page (own spec, next); research-garden frontmatter pass; introduction rewrite.\n"}
