Wrote business-oriented description based on McKinsey methodology\n- Focus on hypothesis trees, joint argumentation for decisions and writings\n- **Vision divergence became apparent**: Nils wanted to sell a product; Fredrik wanted to build what was healthy for society\n- Nils's framing was \"incredibly pragmatic, to the point of losing exactness in the epistemology/ontology\"\n- **Nils pivoted the startup** — renamed to **Delibr**, later **DelibrAI** (he remains CEO today)\n- Fredrik signed a ~1-year non-compete (~2013), long since expired\n- **The deployed `deliberus.se` subdomains** (CUF, Gröna Studenter, etc.) were from this shared startup era\n- **Important**: Delibr/DelibrAI is a different product with different goals.
